The Flower Preservation Studio Price Guide

Our prices are determined by the size of the final frame that your flowers are displayed in and by the amount of work required to meet your individual requirements.

If you have a smaller budget or just don’t like the idea of having your whole bouquet preserved and framed, then perhaps one of the below options might interest you.

For just £195 including collection and delivery, you can have a few flowers from your bouquet preserved and displayed in an 8” x 16” frame together with a small photograph or invite.

For just £295 including collection and delivery, you can have a selection of flowers from your bouquet preserved and displayed in an 8” x 20” frame together with your grooms buttonhole and either a small photograph or invite.

Our Payment Terms

The Flower Preservation Studio only takes on a limited amount of commissions each week and so, in order to secure your order, we require an initial deposit of £100.

This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking less than 28 days before your wedding or once we have started any work on your flowers.

Once we have received your flowers after your wedding, you have 28 days to make your design, frame and mount choices. The balance of your order is also due within 28 days of us receiving your flowers.

We accept payment by cheque, debit card and all major credit cards. Please note - we do not charge commission if you wish to pay by debit or credit card. Cheques should be made payable to The Flower Preservation Studio Ltd.

Our prices are all fully inclusive so the price you see is for our complete service including collection of your flowers and delivery of your finished keepsake.

Our prices include collection of your flowers from anywhere in the UK, the complete preservation of your flowers and foliage, the display of your flowers and foliage in a custom-made box frame made to your specifications behind UV filtering conservation glass in a frame of your choice from one of our four frame collections and with conservation mount- board in a colour of your choice and finally, delivery of finished keepsake picture to anywhere in the UK.

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

If you wish, the groom’s buttton-hole can also be included in your picture. There is no extra charge for this service.
