The Flower Preservation Studio Price List

Our Prices are all fully inclusive so the price you see is the price for our complete service including collection and delivery. We do not charge commission if you wish to pay by credit or debit card.

Our prices include collection of your flowers from anywhere in the UK, the complete preservation of your flowers and foliage, the display of your flowers and foliage in a custom-made box frame made to your specifications behind UV filtering conservation glass in a frame of your choice from one of our four frame collections and with conservation mount- board in a colour of your choice and finally, delivery of finished keepsake picture to anywhere in the UK.

Prices include VAT at 17.5 %.

If you wish, the groom’s buttton-hole can also be included in your picture - there is no extra charge for this service.

How To Work Out Your Picture Size and Price

The size of frame required to surround your final picture is worked out by adding a 2” border to the dimensions of your bouquet. e.g. your bouquet measures 10” across and has a drop of 14”. Add a 2” border to those dimensions to give you a final picture size of 12” x 16”.

It is then easy to work out the price of your picture from our price list depending on whether you choose from our wooden frame collections or our gold/silver coloured frame collections.

The pictures below will give you a very rough idea of the price of different sized keepsakes. However, every bouquet is different so please phone us on 01256 35422 for a no obligation quote.

Our Payment Terms

The Flower Preservation Studio only takes on a limited amount of commissions each week and so, in order to secure your order, we require an initial deposit of £100.

This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking less than 28 days before your wedding or once we have started any work on your flowers.

Once we have received your flowers after your wedding, you have 28 days to make your design, frame and mount choices. The balance of your order is also due within 28 days of us receiving your flowers.

We accept payment by cheque, debit card and all major credit cards - we do not charge commission if you wish to pay by debit or credit card. Cheques should be made payable to The Flower Preservation Studio Ltd.
